Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 6

PMQualifications:

Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specifyX-ray certification where state regulations specifyDental Assisting experience 1 year requiredPrior working experience with Open Dental & Orthofi preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortableSet up and breakdown operatory post treatmentTake dental radiographs (x-rays)Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipmentProvide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment proceduresEducate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral healthBy joining our team, you will have:3 weeks PTO & 8 Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveMedical/Vision/Dental Benefits401k

Working Environment & Physical Requirements:

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
