What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a team player who: Maintains excellent attendance and is punctual and prepared every day. Learns quickly, adapts easily, and strives for high-quality results. Communicates clearly with patients and coworkers. Works well independently and contributes to a supportive team environment. Is bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Key Responsibilities:

Place separators, elastic ties, chains, and wires. Prepare teeth for bonding of braces and aligner attachments. Check for loose brackets, monitor and instruct patients on oral hygiene. Take X-rays, iTero scans, photos, and impressions. Review and write chart notes, schedule next appointments. Deliver fixed and removable appliances with instructions. Assist the orthodontist during procedures and anticipate their needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory. Perform sterilization and side tasks as assigned. Represent our practice positively inside and outside the office.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience. Positive, self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent patient service mindset. Committed to learning, growth, and teamwork.
