Job Description

About us Crowe & Co. Orthodontics is an orthodontic practice in Bluefield, VA. We are a professional, patient-centric office with a goal to provide quality orthodontic care and an excellent patient experience.
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Friendly co-workers Patient interaction
Duties:
  • Assist orthodontists in providing patient care and treatment
  • Prepare treatment units and sterilize instruments
  • Take dental x-rays
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures, including placing brackets and wires
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care instructions
  • Perform dental impressions and create molds for orthodontic appliances
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and patient records
  • Utilize electronic health record system for patient management
  • Assist with managing patient flow
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and techniques preferred
  • Proficient in dental terminology and documentation preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor when working with patients, particularly pediatric patients
