Who We're Looking For A Dental Assistant at Elevated Dentistry must embody a combination of essential qualities for success in the role, including; coachability, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Essential Duties Preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and setting up for dental procedures Welcoming patients when they arrive and guiding them through a seamless visit Assisting dentist during procedures with astute anticipation of instrument needs Perform lab tasks as instructed Deliver post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records Assist in providing treatment plans, general administrative tasks, and other duties to maintain the dental practice Qualifications Dental Assisting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt Previous experience with dental patient management software and/or the ability to quickly learn new computer systems Benefits Weekly and Monthly Bonus Opportunities 401k with Employer Match Health Insurance PTO Paid Holidays FIGS Scrubs Provided Office Hours Enjoy a 4-day work week with office hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm If you think you're a great fit for our Dental Assistant position, we'd love to hear from you! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
