What You Will Bring You are the kind of Dental Assistant who can walk into the operatory prepared, anticipate the doctor's needs, and help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient. You are organized, detail-oriented, and understand how important your role is in both clinical excellence and team success. What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of chairside dental assisting experience Experience in general dentistry required; specialty experience is a plus Radiology certification required Comfortable with digital charting, dental software, and clinical technology such as iTero and AI diagnostics Ideally live within a 10 to 15-mile radius of the assigned office location What You Will Do Assist chairside with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail Accurately document diagnostic records, and treatment information Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance at all times Coordinate lab cases and manage clinical inventory as assigned Support efficient scheduling and patient flow Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Maintain a polished professional appearance and positive attitude Support cross-training and help the team when needed The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here You stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented You genuinely care about patients and the experience they have in our office You are reliable, punctual, and accountable You communicate respectfully and work well with others You take ownership of your role and look for ways to improve You want to be part of a team that values high standards and mutual respect Opportunities for Growth At Smile Makers Dental Center, we value team members who want to grow.
