Multiple Locations Join Our Growing Pediatric Dental Team! We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about pediatric dentistry, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example with professionalism, organization, and teamwork.

Fairfax & Falls Church, VA Schedule:
Monday-Friday (some flexibility may be required) Responsibilities Lead and support the clinical assisting team to ensure efficient daily operations. Assist the pediatric dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare and disinfect operatories following OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines. Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and equipped. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using dental software. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Monitor sterilization protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Assist with training and onboarding new clinical team members. Help maintain clinic flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Travel between Fairfax and Falls Church offices as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required. Previous experience in pediatric dentistry preferred. Current Virginia Dental X-Ray Certification (required). Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Experience with CareStack and other dental practice management software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Reliable transportation to travel between office locations.
