The ideal candidate is someone who is efficient, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms for patient care Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Assist dentists chairside during procedures, anticipating their needs Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
