Responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Review patient health history and prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals) Take Xrays, including understanding proper positioning and safety protocols. Provide oral hygiene instructions and postoperative care information to patients. Prepare treatment rooms and instrument trays, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment according to
OSHA & CDC
guidelines.
