Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel relaxed throughout treatment
• Reviewing health histories and preparing patients for procedures
• Taking digital radiographs, iTero scans, clinical photography, and other diagnostics
• Assisting chairside during a wide variety of procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Preparing treatment rooms while maintaining OSHA and CDC standards of infection control
• Managing supplies and inventory
• Utilizing Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record management
• Partnering closely with Dr. Samaha and the clinical team to continually improve patient care and office efficiency Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of dental assisting experience
• Virginia X-ray Certification
• Strong working experience of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Preferred Experience
• 5+ years in a dental setting
• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental Assisting certification
• Interest and awareness of total health
