Job Description
We are hiring a Dental Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene team in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused practice. This role is essential to keeping our single-column hygiene schedules running smoothly while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every patient. Responsibilities Set-up and stock hygiene rooms Manage hygiene schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow Seat patients as needed, coronal polishing and taking x-rays Dental charting Assist hygienists in delivering an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Current Virginia Dental X-Ray Certification (required) Dental hygiene assisting experience preferred Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to anticipate the needs of the hygiene team and work independently What We Offer Full-time position (4-day work week) Health insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're looking for a practice where your skills are valued and your work has a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
