PRE DENTAL AND DENTAL HYGIENE STUDENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

You will gain real exposure to patient care, orthodontic procedures, and the day to day flow of a high level clinical practice. No prior experience is required. We are looking for the right person and we will teach you everything you need to succeed. Why this role stands out Hands on orthodontic experience with real patient interaction Direct exposure to clinical procedures and chairside assisting Mentorship from an experienced orthodontic team A strong foundation for dental or hygiene school applications Insight into how a high performing practice operates What you will do Assist the orthodontist with patient care and procedures Work chairside and gain real clinical experience Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Communicate with patients and families in a professional and confident manner Support a fast paced and team driven clinical environment We are looking for someone who is Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn Interested in a future in dental or healthcare Comfortable in a fast paced, patient centered office A strong communicator with a positive attitude Professional in both demeanor and appearance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to travel between our Woodbridge and Chantilly offices required Dental experience is a bonus but not required Schedule Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you want an opportunity that will truly prepare you for your future in dentistry, this is it.
