Part-Time Dental Assistant (General, Perio & Oral Surgery) to start immediately

Location:

Milestone Dental Group, Covington, WA Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, proactive Dental Assistant who can support multiple providers and maintain a high standard of clinical excellence. This role requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both the doctor and the patient. The position is available to start immediately.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience, $27

Schedule:

• Schedule for General Dentistry (Alternates between Week 1 and 2):
• Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
• Week 2: Tuesday & Wednesday
• Schedule for Periodontics
• 1-2 days a month (Fridays or Tuesdays).
• Schedule for Oral Surgery
• 1 day per month (Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chairside in mostly General Dentistry, and several days a month in Periodontics, and Oral Surgery Prepare, sterilize, and maintain operatories, including setup and turnover, for efficient patient flow Support and work under the guidance of the Lead Assistant Follow established systems and protocols consistently Anticipate provider and patient needs and respond proactively Deliver 5-star customer service to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

Preferred:

3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience (Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and attitude) Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Chairside assisting experience required Experience with Eaglesoft (preferred) Strong computer and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize workflow and office efficiency Excellent communication skills and professionalism
