What You'll Do Assist during periodontal and dental implant surgeries, including grafting and regenerative procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient surgical workflow Sterilize and manage surgical instruments and equipment Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Take radiographs, photographs, scans, impressions, and vital signs as needed Accurately document treatment notes and assist with charting and treatment planning Help coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up care Maintain HIPAA compliance and high standards of professionalism and patient communication Learn and adapt as new technologies, workflows, and systems are introduced into the office What We're Looking For RDA certification preferred Surgical or periodontal assisting experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to stay calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced surgical environment Comfortable using dental software and digital technology Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative Fast learner with a growth mindset and coachable attitude Someone who takes pride in delivering a high level of patient care and professionalism We are building something special and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, contribute meaningfully to the team, and be part of a modern periodontal practice focused on excellence, innovation, and patient experience.
