Schedule Monday - Thursday Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week , giving you three-day weekends to relax and recharge. Compensation Starting at $17.13/hour Higher pay available based on experience What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before each appointment. Take and process diagnostic dental radiographs. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records. Support efficient patient flow throughout the day. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and front office team members to deliver outstanding patient care. What We're Looking For Current Washington State Dental Assistant Certification (required). Current CPR Certification , or the ability to obtain it. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
