- Lead Dental Assistant Our growing family dental practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team immediately and play a key role in our continued growth and success. Conveniently located in the heart of Kent Station, our office is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a vibrant community atmosphere. We provide comprehensive General and Cosmetic Dentistry, along with advanced services including Invisalign, Botox, Teeth Whitening, and Laser Aesthetic Treatments. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will serve as a clinical leader within our practice, helping to maintain efficient workflows, support team development, uphold high clinical standards, and contribute to an outstanding patient experience. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Structured bonus program Continuing education and leadership development opportunities Career advancement potential Modern, technology-forward practice environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving practice Responsibilities Lead and support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care Assist the doctor with a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures Help maintain clinical efficiency and workflow throughout the day Train, mentor, and support new team members Ensure treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies are properly organized and maintained Oversee adherence to infection control and safety protocols Assist with digital workflows, including intraoral scanning and Invisalign cases Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Previous leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred Experience with digital scanning and Invisalign workflows required Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and clinical protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable, proactive, and committed to team success Passion for learning, growth, and delivering exceptional patient care Immediate Opening We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
