Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person. Duties Assist dentists during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using medical imaging technology. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient appointments and assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling and confirming appointments. Operate 3D scanners for advanced imaging when required. Provide support in specialized areas such as pediatrics, endodontics, or four-handed dentistry. Qualifications Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages, including children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
