We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative practice, takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles.   • Thursday Pasco Location Week 1: Monday
  • Thursday Week 2: Tuesday
  • Friday Schedule will be determined based on the location hired.
Position Summary As a Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our doctors and clinical team by preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, educating patients, and ensuring an efficient and comfortable patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care. Essential Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for patient care. Take diagnostic dental radiographs. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols. Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment. Accurately document patient information and clinical notes. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment. Support efficient patient flow throughout the day. Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience. Follow OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines. Qualifications Current Washington State Dental Assistant Certification required. Current CPR certification required. Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
