Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Expected Hours:
Up to 40 hours/week
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on performance) We are a busy and thriving pediatric dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our compassionate and energetic team! Our ideal candidate is someone who loves working with children and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting for pediatric restorative procedures Taking diagnostic x-rays (digital) Building rapport with young patients and families Ensuring smooth patient flow and managing time effectively Providing exceptional patient care and support Helping with front office tasks when needed Following established protocols and maintaining a high standard of care
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program Current Dental Assisting Registration (RDA) Current BLS certification Willingness to assist in front office operations Must complete Indeed Skills Assessment Experience preferred Benefits for Established Employees (based on performance): Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Paid sick time (for all employees) Dental care benefits for employee and immediate family Professional development and continuing education reimbursement Paid license and BLS renewals Referral bonus program (when available)
Schedule:
