Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a friendly, energetic Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This position is strictly Part-Time (12-24 hours per week) or On-Call , making it a perfect fit for clinical flexibility and great work life balance.
Requirements:
Must have prior Dental Assisting Experience or have successfully completed a Dental Assisting Training program. Prefer candidates with professional chairside experience, but we will happily consider and mentor motivated new graduates! Comfortable fabricating temporary crowns, placing rubber dams, taking alginate impressions, and highly skilled in assisting general dentistry procedures. Must have excellent communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensure is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during clinical procedures by providing seamless chairside support. Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to aid in efficient patient care. Use aseptic techniques and rigorous infection control to maintain a clean, sterile, and safe environment. Communicate effectively, warmly, and clearly with patients and office team members. Perform all general dentistry tasks under the legal supervision of the licensed dentist.

Hourly Pay Range:
$24.00 - $35.00 per hour Starting hourly pay rate is determined based directly upon the candidate's clinical chairside experience, and technical skill level
