We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to help build something special from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can't sit still, loves checking tasks off a list, and has a sharp eye for detail — but is equally comfortable staying productive and organized during slower periods. You'll work closely with our dentist and small team to provide high-quality patient care, maintain a spotless and organized workspace, and help shape the systems and culture of our growing practice. Approx. 24-25 hours/week to start, with potential for growth as the practice expands. Wed-Thurs- Fri 7am-5pm 2) Responsibilities Patient Care & Chairside Assisting Greet and seat patients early; assist with crown preps, extractions, root canals, implants, All-on-X cases, and clear aligners. Take 3D/2D digital X-rays; maintain accurate charting. Keep patients informed, comfortable, and calm. Provide clear post-op instructions and answer questions. Treatment Room & Sterilization Prepare/disinfect rooms per OSHA standards. Sterilize instruments, monitor expiration dates, and restock rooms. Track and send lab cases promptly; maintain equipment on daily/weekly schedules. Records & Scheduling Manage digital charts and radiographs; upload/scan/file records and referrals.
