Create a Five-Star, Four Seasons-style experience for every patient, from the moment they walk through our doors. Anticipate the needs of the doctor and patient and help each procedure run smoothly and efficiently. Prepare, organize, and maintain instruments, equipment, and materials for all dental procedures. Perform all aspects of chairside assisting within the scope of Washington State law. Educate patients and communicate treatment clearly, confidently, and compassionately. Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and professional clinical environment. Continuously develop your clinical knowledge and skills. Contribute positively to a team culture where everyone takes ownership and everyone supports one another.WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced dental assistant who: Is passionate about patient care and understands that the patient experience matters just as much as the dentistry. Has excellent clinical skills and takes genuine pride in your work. Is confident, polished, personable, and an exceptional communicator. Is proactive—you see what needs to be done rather than waiting to be asked. Has a strong attention to detail and high personal standards. Works well independently but thrives as part of a close-knit team. Has an enthusiastic, positive attitude. Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
