This role is central to the patient experience, and thrives on collaboration with doctors and staff to deliver a consistently positive visit for every patient. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance and support patients throughout orthodontic treatment Train new hires using established clinical skills checklists Lead Dental Assistants in continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency Collaborate with the Practice Manager to improve patient care and clinical documentation Manage dental supply inventory and coordinate repair or maintenance needs Ensure compliance with OSHA and office safety protocols, including equipment testing logs Qualifications Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant CPR or BLS certification Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and problem solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology What We Offer Competitive compensation Modern facilities and advanced technology A diverse patient base and meaningful clinical work
