Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who is looking for long-term growth, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a positive, team-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for a self-starter with leadership qualities who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.
Schedule:
Wednesday:
1:30 PM
  • 8:00 PM Friday (every other): 6:30 AM
  • 3:00 PM Saturdays (1st, 2nd, & 3rd of the month): 7:30 AM
  • 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Active Dental Assistant registration in the state of Washington (required) Active EFDA license in the state of Washington (required) Current enrollment in seven clock hours of AIDS education and training (required) Prior dental assisting experience required Strong understanding of dental procedures, materials, and clinical workflows Key Skills & Abilities Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Commitment to patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care Why Join Dr.
