Job Description

Rita Lu Endodontics is growing and seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our endodontic specialty practice in North Spokane. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and professional dental assistant who enjoys providing exceptional patient care and working as part of a strong clinical team. Our office is patient-focused, so we are looking for someone who can help patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Schedule & Compensation Monday through Thursday $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience No Fridays 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred, but a good fit is more important What We're Looking For 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside assisting skills Endodontic or specialty experience is a plus, but not required Dependable and punctual Organized and able to anticipate the doctor's needs Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and patient-care skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented Comfortable caring for patients who may be anxious about dental treatment Responsibilities Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures Preparing and turning over operatories Taking dental radiographs and assisting with CBCT imaging Sterilization and infection-control procedures Reviewing post-operative instructions with patients Maintaining instruments, supplies, and clinical areas Helping the clinical schedule run efficiently and on time Providing a calm, compassionate experience for our patients Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days 401(k) eligibility after one year Paid office closure: 1 week after one year, 2 weeks after two years, and 3 weeks after three years Four-day workweek No Fridays Opportunity to develop advanced assisting skills in an endodontic specialty practice
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
