We're Hiring:
Orthodontic Clinical Assistant Our orthodontic team is growing, and we're looking for a Clinical Assistant who is caring, dependable, and excited to help create confident smiles every day!About Us:
We're a busy, positive, and patient-focused orthodontic office with locations on the North Side and South Hill, this is a traveling position that will go back and forth between both locations. Our team loves working together, supporting each other, and making patients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.What You'll Do:
Assist our orthodontists chairside with patient care. Take x-rays, impressions, and photos. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes. Help in Sterile by properly cleaning, preparing, and organizing instruments. Encourage and support patients throughout their treatment journey. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical space. Travel between our North Side and South Hill offices as needed.Who You Are:
Friendly and professional with great communication skills. Reliable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn and grow (previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required). A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.What We Offer:
