Please note:
We are ONLY looking for someone who is available to work full-time. We are not hiring for part-time or temporary positions. Previous dental assisting or pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required . We are looking for someone dependable, positive, willing to learn, and who genuinely enjoys working with children.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting doctors during pediatric dental procedures Preparing and setting up treatment rooms Taking and processing dental X-rays Accurate charting and documentation Chairside assisting and preparing dental materials Sterilization and instrument processing Following infection control and OSHA procedures Behavior management and helping children feel comfortable during treatment Communicating professionally and compassionately with children and parents Helping keep the schedule running efficiently Supporting doctors and the dental team throughout the day What we're looking for: Full-time availability is required Pediatric dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required Experience working with children is a plus Positive, patient, and compassionate attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and willing to learn Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning pediatric dental procedures and terminology
Pay:
Competitive starting pay based on experience and qualifications. Raises are based on performance.
