Environment is child friendly, care-oriented towards patients and families.
Duties and ideal qualities include:
  • Skilled in four (4) handed dentistry with an emphasis on behavior management (
Ex:
tell-show-do)
  • Knowledge and skill with Dentrix and Optime digital radiographs
  • Being warm and professional when addressing families and bringing patients to the operatory
  • Able to show empathy towards children
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player-Knowledge and skill in basic computer software (
Ex:
