Environment is child friendly, care-oriented towards patients and families.Duties and ideal qualities include:
- Skilled in four (4) handed dentistry with an emphasis on behavior management (
Ex:
tell-show-do)- Knowledge and skill with Dentrix and Optime digital radiographs
- Being warm and professional when addressing families and bringing patients to the operatory
- Able to show empathy towards children
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player-Knowledge and skill in basic computer software (
Ex:
