Children's Dental Health Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Help children feel comfortable throughout their appointment Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs, as needed Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Educate patients and parents on oral health Monitor inventory and restock clinical supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Work closely with our team to create an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Dependable, organized, detailed-oriented and self-directed Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience as pediatric dental assistant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Wisconsin Dental Assistant certification and radiography certification are a plus Why Join Children's Dental Health Center Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer matching
