We are dedicated to providing high-quality dentistry through advanced technology, teamwork, and transparency, while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both patients and team members. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Clinical Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily full-time; however, permanent part-time candidates will also be considered. Schedule Monday -
Thursday Clinic Hours:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering efficient, comfortable, and high-quality care. This role is an important part of our mission to provide exceptional dentistry while creating a positive experience for every patient. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred Current X-ray certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience: $20-$28 per hour 401(k) Dental benefits Paid time off for full-time employees We are looking for a team member who values compassion, professionalism, and teamwork, and who is excited to grow with our practice.
