We specialize in custom-fit night guards, whitening trays, and other specialized dental accessories. The Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team in fabricating and finishing high-quality removable dental appliances. This role offers hands-on work with roughly 80% independent time on the lab floor, combined with collaborative support for shipping, workflow organization, and customer service troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Appliance Fabrication:
Pour plaster molds from impressions; use light manufacturing equipment (including high-speed handpieces) to cut, trim, and polish plastic dental appliances.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished products for strict quality control and order accuracy before shipping.
Order Preparation & Shipping:
Process shipping labels, input address data into shipping software, pack completed orders, and handle daily outgoing packages.
Lab Support & Logistics:
Disinfect incoming dental impressions, unpack/organize incoming stock, track inventory levels, and organize paperwork.
Communication:
Coordinate with customer service on custom orders and help troubleshoot order details when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
What We Are Looking For Aptitude & Detail-Oriented:
Hands-on experience in sculpting, woodworking, model building, crafting, or detailed assembly is a huge plus!
Adaptable & Coachable:
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders carefully.
Independent Worker:
Comfortable working autonomously ~80% of the day while maintaining pace and focus.
Organized & Reliable:
