Job Description

Front Desk Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator Are you a high-energy "go-getter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are a thriving, dynamic dental practice seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do:
Be the
First Impression:
Welcoming patients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor (both in person and over the phone). Manage the
Schedule:
Efficiently coordinate appointments, manage patient flow, and optimize the daily schedule for maximum productivity.
Navigate Dental Software:
Handle patient check-ins/check-outs, insurance verifications, and some treatment plan presentations.
Keep Things Moving:
Proactively solve scheduling puzzles and administrative tasks with a "can-do" attitude. Assist in
Dental Procedures:
Extractions, root canals, fillings, dental trauma, dental implants and general dental procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Dental Knowledge (Required): Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and basic insurance/billing workflows. The "Go-Getter"
Mindset:
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a need, take initiative, and love keeping things organized and efficient.
Exceptional Communication:
A genuinely friendly, empathetic, and professional personality. You can handle a fast-paced environment with grace and positivity.
Tech-Savvy & Reliable:
Experience with dental practice management software and a strong track record of dependability.
