What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 4-day workweek for excellent work-life balance Additional hours available if desired Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Supportive doctors and leadership A friendly, collaborative clinical team Continuing education and professional development Stable, established private practice with an excellent reputation Opportunities for growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide skilled chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Anticipate the dentist's needs and help keep procedures running efficiently Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take digital X-rays and assist with digital charting Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Help keep operatories and clinical areas organized and ready for patients Support an efficient patient schedule and smooth daily workflow Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for Communicate and collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team Step in wherever needed to help the team and provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For We are especially interested in experienced Dental Assistants who can confidently step into a busy practice and contribute from day one.
