Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and personable Dental Concierge/Assistant to be the face of our practice and ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients.. The candidate we choose for this position will be energetic, dependable individual to communicate value and rapport with patients in a fun filled progressive cosmetic & implant practice in the Pewaukee Area. Customer Service and/or sales skills is a definite plus! Our team members are crossed trained and are willing to work together. Together we work hard to ensure that our practice provides our patients with a superior dental office experience and is profitable and rewarding for our team members. Our team members enjoy a 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday), competitive salaries with bonus options, uniform and CE allowances and 8 weeks of paid vacation per year. This is a great career opportunity for someone who loves people and to serve others. Sales experience is a definite plus! Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Coordination:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate treatment plans. Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries. Provide clear and concise information about dental procedures and services.
Office Management:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage patient files and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations. Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies. Assistance to
Dental Team:
Provide chairside assistance to the dental team as needed. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures. Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office or related customer service role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental assistant certification is a plus. CPR certification preferred. Professional demeanor and appearance.
