Responsibilities include:
Chairside assisting during general, restorative, surgical, implant, orthodontic, and cosmetic procedures Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring proper sterilization and infection control Taking digital radiographs and iTero digital scans Assisting with Invisalign treatment and patient education Assisting with dental implant procedures and surgical setups Fabricating and delivering whitening trays and sleep apnea appliances Taking impressions, photographs, and other diagnostic records Managing instruments, materials, and clinical inventory Educating patients on treatment, oral hygiene, and post-operative care Collaborating with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to provide exceptional patient care Maintaining accurate clinical documentation What We're Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred not required (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new procedures Passion for delivering outstanding patient care Why Wausau Smiles Dental?
