Job Description

What if you could love the place you work, make an impact on your patients every day AND still have a life outside of work?! We don't offer 40 hours a week for our assistants, and that's intentional. Our practice was built with our team in mind; you should be able to have a career you're proud of without having to give your whole life to it! If you're thinking about finding a totally new career, we'd love for you to consider our open Dental Assistant position. In your day-to-day work, you assist the doctors with root canals and other related procedures, placing rubber dams, irrigating (rinsing), placing the temp filling, taking X-rays, etc. You have more time spent with the patient than the doctor does. The doctors realize that their best asset is their team and the warmth they bring to the operatories! Typically, we can train someone with or without prior dental experience within about a month because all 5 of our doctors are board-certified endodontists and ooze the love of dentistry. Training is easier when you love what you do, and you're in a good environment! If "root canals all day" still seems repetitive and slow, we'd love the opportunity to change your mind because it is neither of those things.
Benefits :
401K with a match PTO 1 week at 90 days, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 3 years Health Care stipend starts at 90 days and increases over 3 years Paid Holidays Continuing Education Locations and hours: Our three locations are in Germantown, West Bend, and Grafton.
