We are an established general dental office located in Talladega, AL and pride ourselves on creating a compassionate and welcoming environment for our patients and staff alike. We're seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our practice. This role focuses on educating patients, providing excellent preventive dental care, and promoting overall oral health. An outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service is A MUST! Here are some of the duties that this position will be responsible for: Deliver outstanding patient care with a gentle and personable approach. Perform thorough periodontal evaluations, cleanings, scaling and root planing procedures. Take diagnostic x-rays, intraoral photos, and maintain detailed patient records. Identify signs of periodontal disease, tooth decay, and other oral health issues. Clearly communicate dental health findings and educate patients about treatment options. Collaborate closely with the dentist during patient exams. Build lasting relationships based on trust and excellent patient experiences.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist is required. Proficiency in using Dentrix/Dexis and similar dental office management software. Ability to effectively educate and motivate patients.
