Long-Term Stability:
We are seeking hygienists who value consistency, long-term relationships, and becoming an integral part of a growing specialty practice. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal hygiene evaluations Conduct periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient assessments Provide implant and periodontal maintenance care Take and review high-quality digital radiographs Educate patients regarding periodontal health and home care Accurately document clinical findings and treatment recommendations Collaborate closely with doctors and team members regarding patient care Participate in clinical calibration and continuing education initiatives Maintain OSHA, infection control, and sterilization standards Support schedule flow and overall clinical operations Our practice emphasizes consistency, strong systems, clear communication, and collaborative workflows designed to support both patients and team members. Qualifications Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license Previous experience working in a dental office environment strongly preferred Experienced hygienists encouraged to apply Newly licensed hygienists with prior dental office experience are welcome to apply Local anesthesia certification CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a collaborative, structured specialty environment Strong documentation and organizational skills Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing clinical development Candidates without prior dental experience may find this specialty environment challenging during onboarding Preferred Experience in periodontal or specialty practice Experience with implant maintenance Familiarity with digital imaging and periodontal software systems What Makes Someone Successful Here?
