Perform high-quality dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing.Diagnostic Support:
Take clear dental x-rays and conduct thorough patient assessments to assist dentists during exams.Patient Advocacy:
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to improve their long-term health.Technical Precision:
Administer local anesthetics and maintain meticulous medical records.Safety First:
Uphold strict infection control protocols and remain compliant with HIPAA regulationsRequirementsBasic life supportCardiopulmonary resuscitationDentrixLicensed dental hygienistLicensure:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.Certifications:
Current CPR Certification.Technical Savvy:
Proficiency in Dentrix is a significant plus; comfortable with digital record-keeping.Knowledge Base:
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, chairside assisting, and healthcare infection prevention.Soft Skills:
