Our established private dental practice in Sun City, Arizona is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. What You'll Love About This Role Full-time or part-time opportunities available Paid time off + holidays 401(k) (eligible after 1 year) Dental benefits (after 90 days) Competitive pay based on experience Continuing Education support Modern technology and digital workflow Long-term career growth opportunities A supportive, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together What You'll Be Doing Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care Perform periodontal charting and assessments Take digital radiographs and iTero scanning Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment recommendations Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Build long-term relationships with patients What We're Looking For 1-2 years of RDH experience preferred (but open to strong new grads) Loves educating and motivating patients Values teamwork and collaboration Strong communication and patient education skills Someone who values quality care over rushing A team player looking for a long-term dental home Wants to grow professionally and contribute to a thriving practice Requirements Active Arizona RDH license CPR/BLS certification Laser certification Experience with Dentrix (preferred) Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and patient care Commitment to professionalism, detail, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA) We're a practice that values people just as much as dentistry—our patients and our team.
