Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team at Elite Endo as Dental Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental Assistant (DA), where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, friendly environment. In this role, you will support dentists during a variety of procedures, ensure smooth clinic operations, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help create a positive experience for every patient while advancing your career in dentistry. Duties Assist dentists chairside during endodontics, procedures with precision and confidence. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and maintaining aseptic technique. Take dental X-rays, including digital imaging and 3D scans, ensuring accurate positioning and patient comfort. Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform vital signs assessments and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures; assist with dental documentation as needed. Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting the dental receptionist with patient check-in/out processes. Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to OSHA standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and patients. Educate patients on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and oral hygiene practices to promote overall oral health. Skills Proficiency with dental records and documentation. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and Endodontic terminology Experience with chairside assisting techniques including four-handed dentistry for efficiency and comfort. Ability to operate dental imaging equipment including X-ray machines and 3D scanners with precision. Familiarity with infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures in a clinical setting. Knowledge of Endodontic dentistry principles and experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Ability to handle light front office duties such as dental coding accurately for insurance claims and billing purposes.
