Encourage patient understanding and acceptance of recommended treatment plans. Team Collaboration Communicate clearly and effectively with doctors, RDAs, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Maintain a growth mindset and commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry.
