Dentist and Office Manager Overview:

Our team embodies humility, mutual respect, integrity, and a strong commitment to patient care. The Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) provides essential support in delivering quality dental care. This role includes patient care, assisting with various dental procedures, performing dental hygiene tasks, and managing administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Examine patients to identify signs of oral diseases, including gingivitis. Provide preventive care through dental hygiene treatments, including the removal of plaque, tartar, and stains. Rendering Scaling and Root planning procedures Scheduling and providing perio-maintenance as needed Apply pit and fissure sealants and fluoride treatments. Administer gingival irrigation as needed. Educate patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques, offering guidance on overall oral hygiene practices. Dental Procedures Take diagnostic X-rays and perio-charting. Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings to the dentist. Provide post-treatment instructions to patients. Ensure the sterilization of the operatory, equipment, and instruments, adhering to infection control procedures. Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate patient records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Qualifications:
Current RDH license, issued by The Dental Hygiene Board of California (DHBC). Current CPR (BLS or ACLS). Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize patient care. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
