Registered Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling/root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical history reviews, and evaluating oral health status to inform treatment plans. Manage medical imaging procedures such as digital X-rays (BW's, PAs, Pano) while adhering to strict infection control and aseptic techniques. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health record software (Eaglesoft), including treatment notes, medical history updates, and dental terminology. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing medical records securely.

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
