We are a locally owned perio practice dedicated to the mouth-body connection. We help patients improve both their oral and overall health through advanced periodontal therapy, dental implants, and preventive care. Our team is close-knit, our environment is calm and positive, and we genuinely enjoy working together. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by: Performing comprehensive periodontal assessments, including charting, probing, and digital radiography Providing periodontal maintenance, scaling & root planing, and patient education (no more than 4-6 patients per day) Collaborating closely with Dr. Diehl and the clinical team on personalized treatment plans Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and documentation What We're Looking For Active Colorado RDH license Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Strong periodontal skills and experience Passion for patient education and building genuine connections Positive, dependable, team-oriented professional who brings energy and kindness to the workday Schedule Flexible part-time (2-4 days per week) — full-time opportunity also available No weekends or late nights Consistent, appreciative patients in a well-run practice Compensation & Benefits $68-$78 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) 401(k) CE stipend + support for continuing education Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility Supportive team environment with a doctor who listens and values hygienist input Join a Practice That Feels Different If you're a skilled hygienist looking for a position where your work is respected, your days are manageable, and you can truly make a difference in patients' lives — this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
