Full-time Dental Hygienist - Join a Team That Loves Healthy Smiles! Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist who loves helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles? Our friendly and patient-focused dental office is looking for a Dental Hygienist- Monday through Thursday to join our growing team! What You'll Do Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Assess oral health and document findings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment plans Assist dentists with exams and identify potential dental concerns Maintain accurate patient records Ensure all procedures follow infection control and sterilization protocols What We're Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state Strong communication and patient education skills Friendly, compassionate, and professional chairside manner Ability to work efficiently while providing excellent patient care Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Experience with dental software and digital X-rays preferred Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive and welcoming team environment Modern dental technology and comfortable office Competitive full-time ($53-$63/hr + bonus) Flexible scheduling Attainable monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Opportunity to build strong relationships with patients Schedule Full-Time or Part-time (days and hours flexible depending on availability).
