We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education, ensuring optimal oral health for our patients. This role requires a compassionate professional who is committed to delivering exceptional dental hygiene services in a friendly and supportive environment. Our office is lucky to have patients that have been in the practice for decades and prides ourselves on providing top level care. Our team works closely together in a fun and supportive environment that help our patients achieve their optimal oral health. Benefits Hourly rate plus production based bonus 401k match after 1 year of work In office dental care included for employee Paid time off and Paid Holidays Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, oral examinations, and dental health scans. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques. Perform preventative treatments such as sealants, fluoride varnish application, root protection and Curodont Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulatioons Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized patient care plans. Utilize Eaglesoft software for scheduling, patient management, and record keeping. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist with CT license in good standing and applicable training completed in radiographs, asepsis and HIPAA Experience in general dental practice focused on preventative care Experience with Eaglesoft (preferred) or other dental record software Experience with digital radiographs and scanning If you are passionate about promoting oral health and providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Dental Hygienist.
