You will be responsible for performing thorough cleanings, taking X-rays, conducting oral health assessments, and educating patients on proper hygiene practices. Together, you will provide a range of advanced dental procedures, including Dental Implants, Invisalign, and Advanced Esthetic Dentistry. We take pride in fostering a supportive workplace culture. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform dental cleanings and apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides. Take and interpret dental imaging as needed, including X-rays. Assist dentists during examination and treatment planning when needed Monitor vital signs and provide chairside assistance to ensure patient comfort. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review in systems. Uphold aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with the dental team to provide pediatric dentistry services when necessary. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend is preferred but not required, we will teach! New Graduate accepted as well as experienced dental hygienist in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical coding is beneficial. New Graduates accepted Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
