We offer competitive base pay as well as performance based commission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient care. Days Monday- Friday Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health. Take and record medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant patient information. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Utilize dental terminology effectively when communicating with patients and team members. Maintain accurate medical records using Eaglesoft software. Assist in the management of the dental clinic's aseptic technique to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with dentists in providing comprehensive care. Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance patient care. Skills Proficiency in using dental office software. Strong knowledge of medical records management and medical terminology. Understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to upholding aseptic techniques in all clinical procedures.
