POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled, patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice. At Restoration Dental, hygiene is a key part of the patient experience — not just a schedule to fill. Provide exceptional hygiene care with a strong focus on patient comfort, gentle technique, education, efficiency, and clinical excellence. Use a gentle, patient-centered approach that helps reduce anxiety and creates a comfortable cleaning experience. Build trust with patients and create a warm, positive, relationship-driven experience at every visit. Perform thorough periodontal assessments, chart accurately, and communicate findings clearly with both patients and doctors. Take high-quality digital x-rays, intraoral images, and iTero scans to support diagnosis, case acceptance, and patient understanding. Identify restorative and periodontal concerns and help patients understand the value of recommended treatment. Present treatment recommendations clearly and confidently so patients understand their condition, options, and next steps. Educate patients on oral health, home care, and long-term prevention in a way that is motivating and easy to understand. Support doctors during exams and collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless patient experience. Maintain detailed clinical notes and strong documentation for every patient visit. Manage time effectively, stay on schedule, and balance efficiency with a high standard of care. Bring a calm, positive, and professional presence to the team and patient experience. Communicate well with teammates, take ownership of responsibilities, reEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Current Florida Dental Hygiene License (Required) 2+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred Strong verbal communication and patient education skills requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
