Positions Available We are hiring for multiple roles within our dental team: Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Dental Assistant Dental Hygienist Associate Dentist General Responsibilities (All Team Members) Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care at all times. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, doctors, and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and practice improvement initiatives. Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Role-Specific Duties Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth. Manage phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient billing. Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements. Dental Assistant Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures. Take digital X-rays, impressions, and maintain sterilization protocols. Provide patient education and ensure comfort throughout visits. Dental Hygienist Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing. Conduct oral health assessments and patient education. Document findings and collaborate with the dentist for optimal patient outcomes. Associate Dentist Diagnose, plan, and deliver comprehensive dental care to patients. Supervise clinical team and ensure high-quality standards of care. Promote preventive care and maintain long-term patient relationships. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience in a dental or medical office preferred (training available for the right candidate).

Licensure/Certification:

Required for clinical positions (Hygienist, Dentist).
